I usually ship egg orders out the very next day, assuming I have the eggs available. If I have orders waiting then your order is placed next in line to be shipped. SIMPLE AS THAT.

If you want to know when your order will be shipped send me an email.

Garrie@cox.net

So here is the deal with Button Quail Eggs.

I will sell them at the price listed below. These prices include shipping cost. (I allow $9.20 for shipping and packing)

Each shipment sent by priority mail which is automatically insured by USPS

IF YOU RECEIVE SOME BROKEN EGGS: Take some photos of the eggs and the box and let me know

If you wish to have replacements sent, send the photos to my email (garrie@cox.net)

I am willing to replace any broken eggs but YOU will have to pay the postage cost listed above for any replacements

I am willing to file a claim but I will ONLY claim for what is damaged or loss and if approved it it may not cover the shipping cost.

USPS insurance claims NEVER include shipping cost paid by either party, ONLY value of what is lost.

**I do pack them very well and most orders arrive with no problems. But as you well know we are at the mercy of the US Postal system. And some will arrive with broken eggs.

I pack the eggs in trays surrounded by cushion, and several layers of large bubble wrap and packing material. I make sure there is no movement of eggs once they are in the shipping box.

I have been doing this for 45 years and that is all I can do to ship them. Don't ask for anything more.

I WILL NOT refund or replace eggs because you had a poor hatch or because none hatched. I cannot and will not guarantee any hatch rate on any eggs sold. READ THIS AND ACCEPT OR GO ELSEWHERE.

The boxes are marked FRAGILE. If you don't want your boxes marked this way PLEASE let me know by email right after you order them. Some people seem convinced boxes marked FRAGILE are at greater risk of being tossed around.

SPECIAL NOTICE ALL BUYERS PLEASE READ THIS

BUTTON QUAIL eggs take 17 days to hatch,

IF EGGS HATCH LATER THAN 17 DAYS YOUR INCUBATOR IS NOT OPERATING PROPERLY, NO MATTER WHAT YOU MIGHT THINK.

Longer hatch times indicates too low a temperature regardless of what your thermometer reads.

BUY A NEW AND BETTER THERMOMETER BECAUSE THE ONE YOU HAVE IS NOT ACCURATE !

I have had people report poor hatches only to find out that the few eggs that hatched did so on day 20 or 21 or something other than 17, This always means the temperature was NOT consistent or not accurate during the incubation period.

BOTTOM LINE - GET A ACCURATE THERMOMETER.
